🔍 Project Background
In response to the pandemic, Aviva needed to rapidly transition its workforce to remote operations. I was tasked with creating a comprehensive advice package to support this shift.
The scope was vast: ranging from soft skills (helping leaders manage remote teams) to practical logistics (ergonomics and equipment requests). Given the volume of information, the risk of cognitive overload was high. The goal was to make this critical guidance inviting, accessible, and easy to digest.
💡 The Strategy: Agile & Visual
I developed a SharePoint open learning space to serve as the central hub. To reduce friction, I applied Nudge Theory and digital learning principles to transform text-heavy policies into visual assets.
Visual Simplification: I broke down complex documentation into bite-sized infographics, checklists, and animated explainers (as seen above).
Agile Iteration: Unlike traditional linear courses, this project required speed. By hosting content on a social platform, I gathered real-time feedback through conversation analysis and capability 'pulse checks'.
Rapid Deployment: Using this data, I was able to identify knowledge gaps and deploy new, relevant learning resources in a matter of days.
⛳️🔥🏆 The Impact
The data-driven approach resulted in significant behavioural adoption:
95% of learners committed to putting the advice into practice immediately.
87% of learners demonstrated evidence of forming new habits aligned with the guidance.
🛠️ Tools Used
Adobe After Effects & Illustrator: Creating custom vector assets and motion graphics.
Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing and post-production.
Microsoft SharePoint: Content curation and platform management.
