To help Aviva adapt to new ways of working during the pandemic, I helped to create an advice pack for working from home. It covered everything from helping leaders manage their teams remotely, to how to request a office chair.
Due to lot of information needing to be understood and easy to find, I was mindful to ensure the overall design was inviting and engaging.
Using nudge theory to support digital learning principles and Sharepoint as a open learning space, I curated content and broke paragraphs into infographics, lists and videos such as above.
Due to conversation being able to happen in the same space as the content, I was able to gain feedback in the form of conversation analysis and capability pulse checks which was used to help iterate and deploy new and relevant learning resources in just days.
